You can always check the current delivery status of your order using the tracking number you received. The estimated delivery time is also displayed directly on the respective product page before you place your order.

Items in stock are usually delivered within the specified delivery period on working days (Monday to Saturday) via DHL parcel delivery. DHL live tracking is available on the day of delivery.

Please note: If there is a Sunday or public holiday between ordering and delivery, delivery may be delayed by one working day.

Please send us the correct address immediately to contact@hevva-store.com . Otherwise we will have to request a return and send you a new package.

Of course, we also deliver your orders to German Baltic and North Sea islands, to the desired location in your home.

We offer a 30-day right of return with free returns. You can register all orders for return within 30 days of receiving the goods and send them back free of charge within the same period. You will receive a free return label from us by email. Print out the label, stick it on the package and drop it off at the parcel shop. Further information about returns registration

A credit can take up to 14 days from the date of return. If no booking has been made after 14 days, please contact us at contact@hevva-store.com and have your return receipt ready. We will be happy to make the booking for you.
